the requirement of the job profile, we search for candidates from our online database
and also advertise in local/all India newspapers as well as online job portals.
The selected candidates are has to appear for preliminary interviews. We select
the potential candidates on the basis of prior work experience, qualifications,
strength and weaknesses and the ability of candidate to fit into the work-culture
and ethics of the client organization. The potential candidates are contacted and
interviews are arranged as per the convenience of the employers. We can arrange
for the interview in different parts of the country to access the best talents from
specific industry.
After selection the candidates are sent for pre-employment medicals test. We request
our clients to apply for NOC for the medically fit candidates. As per the project
requirement all the selected and medically fit candidates are deployed to meet mobilization
schedules of the clients. Many a times due to paucity of time we do the final selection
and send the candidates with our guarantee.
